I am Dr Oscar O’ Duchon, a retired GP Family doctor of 30 years’ experience practice in UK and Ireland. I studied Ayurveda with the Ayurvedic Institute of UK and completed both Diploma in Ayurvedic Lifestyle and Nutrition and Diploma Ayurveda Practitioner. I work as a Ayurvedic Practitioner in Belfast and I am also an NHS accredited Health and Wellness Coach.
