Having studied more than 24 healing modalities and travelled the world learning from a variety of spiritual traditions, Daisy combines deep wisdom with warmth and humour. Her compassionate approach empowers others to move beyond trauma, addiction, bereavement, and limiting beliefs, opening the heart to new possibilities.

Daisy is well known for her work both on and off screen, including her time as a guest presenter on QVC, where she inspired millions across Europe with her insights into health, fitness, and wellbeing. As an award-winning contributor to Soul & Spirit Magazine, and many more. Daisy continues to share her knowledge on spiritual growth and healing with her own shows on UK Health Radio.

She was also the founder of the Daisy Centres Retreat in Glastonbury, which nurtured a strong community for over 14 years until it closed in 2022. She now leads the vibrant Rose Quartz Community online, connecting people worldwide to the magic of Avalon.
